Our role is to provide clear facts on the ground, documented evidence, and professional marine assessment to support claims handling and liability determination.


CASUALTY RESPONSE SERVICES

We attend marine incidents involving:

Vessel Incidents

OUR ROLE IN P&I INSTRUCTIONS

When instructed by P&I Clubs or correspondents, we typically:

  • Attend vessel or terminal immediately upon request
  • Liaise with masters, agents, and terminal operators
  • Document condition of vessel, cargo, and equipment
  • Collect photographic and written evidence
  • Conduct preliminary technical assessment on-site
  • Issue interim updates when required
  • Produce final structured report for claims handling

REPORT DELIVERABLES

Standard outputs include:

  • Preliminary casualty update (if required urgently)
  • Full marine survey report
  • Photographic evidence annex
  • Damage assessment and description
  • Technical comments on probable cause (where applicable)
  • Supporting documentation for claims files
